Ordering Payment

When you shop with Bold, you’re just a few clicks away from smelling fresh and confident. Orders can be placed directly through our website at any time. Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers, so you can choose what works best for you.

Please ensure your contact and shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays. If, for any reason, we’re unable to fulfill your order (e.g., an item is out of stock), we’ll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We ship all across Pakistan, and your Bold order should arrive within 4 to 5 working days. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return, no exchange policy on all body sprays and perfumes.
